This Refund Policy covers purchases made directly from Pepe Node Journey via pepepnode.com. If you purchased through a third party, please contact them directly as their policy will apply.

- Unless stated otherwise at checkout, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the digital content has not been downloaded or accessed beyond a reasonable preview.

Physical items (if offered)
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, with items unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost returns.
Non‑refundable items/services
- Gift cards and promotional credits.
